SWIM WITH CONFIDENCE
Contrary to popular belief, confidence is not something you either have or you don't. Confidence is something you do.
Confidence consists of your thoughts, behaviors and feelings. They can be practiced, programmed and produced.
You either think confident thoughts, act confident or you don't.
Don't hope that you will be confident at practice or at a race. Take Control. Prepare. Then Swim with Confidence!!
